The township of Buena is one of 56 municipalities nestled within the New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve! This nature sanctuary in the “Garden State” of New Jersey is classified as a U.S. Biosphere Reserve and was originally instituted by Congress as the country’s first National Reserve in 1978.
Buena adjoins the city of Vineland, NJ along its southwestern border, where residents have nearby access to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores and large retail stores. Buena is located just 22 miles from South Beesley’s Point Beach in the breathtaking city of Cape May.
Directly adjacent to our property on its southern side, our residents have access to the Latona Country Club which boasts a sprawling, 9-hole public golf course. The multiple vineyards within a few miles of our grounds are popular social venues for sampling the area’s premier wines with city locals and visitors alike.
Buena also offers an abundance of resources important to retirees. There are multiple fire stations located directly within Buena, as well as multiple hospitals, numerous money centers, and regional banks.
